Is JobCopilot legit? What its own terms say (2026)

JobCopilot is run by Nextwave Labs Pte Ltd, a Singapore company, and its terms are governed by Singapore law. It says it applies only to jobs on official company career pages, and it shows prices per day on its pricing page. Its refund is narrow: only for a technical issue reported in the first 7 days. We found no description of how renewal or cancellation works.

Where can you read complaints about JobCopilot?

We do not quote star ratings, because a score changes daily and we cannot check how reviews were gathered. Read the complaints yourself and look for repeats: refunds refused, renewals after cancelling, accounts restricted on a job site.

  • JobCopilot on Trustpilot, the review page we confirmed exists on November 8, 2026.
  • Search the Better Business Bureau for JobCopilot. We link the search, not a profile, because we did not confirm which BBB listing belongs to which company.
  • Your bank or card issuer. If a charge is wrong and the company will not fix it, a dispute through your card issuer is the standard route.
