Drafting

The terms we read number some sections twice and refer to joinMassive.com and usemassive.com. That does not change what they say, but quote the section text, not its number, if you dispute anything.[27]

Where can you read complaints about Massive?

We do not quote star ratings, because a score changes daily and we cannot check how reviews were gathered. Read the complaints yourself and look for repeats: refunds refused, renewals after cancelling, accounts restricted on a job site.

  • Massive on Trustpilot, the review page we confirmed exists on November 8, 2026.
  • Search the Better Business Bureau for Massive. We link the search, not a profile, because we did not confirm which BBB listing belongs to which company.
  • Your bank or card issuer. If a charge is wrong and the company will not fix it, a dispute through your card issuer is the standard route.
